This morning it was warm and raining.
07:30am – he was awesome – found the grass, did his business and then off to breakfast! A very jolly little fellow.
11:00am – session 1
Babe has gotten a lot better about coming out and letting us put the leash on without biting. He knows that there is a time to be calm and a time where he can be excited and he is learning this well.
I worked a few of the behaviors with him today however the focus was on the ultimate workout. Recently he has been drifting or not brining the ball directly back to us. So today we focused on him coming directly back to me and dropping the ball. He did so well with this that I pushed a bit and had him in a sit before letting the ball fly. Over all great session today.
4:00pm – session 2
We did a bunch of behavior chains and focused on going to the place mat, then going into a down and then staying there. Always remember that when you give the command “stay” you must come back to the puppy to reinforce him.
He is a pleasure to work with.
6:00pm – play time and dinner.
8:00pm – play time and walk.
10:00pm – play time and walk.
